

Relationship Therapy for Individuals With
Anxiety, Attachment Issues and Insecurities.
One on one psychotherapy with a licensed professional counselor (licensed in Virginia and Pennsylvania.) A complete mental health evaluation will be conducted in the initial session, then 55 minute in-person or virtual online sessions will follow.
Most commercial insurances are accepted for this modality with the exception of Medicare, Medicaid and Tricare.
This modality is useful when a person

needs relationship therapy but the partner refuses to participate.

is discerning whether or not to stay in a relationship.

is considering a gray divorce and fearful of the ramifications.

is leaving a relationship or was left by their partner.

is going through the divorce process.

is dating and insecure, uncertain, concerned, or unable to trust themselves.

has been told by their partner "You need a therapist" (because of how they are impacting the other.)

is actively engaged in an affair, ending an affair, or recovering from an affair (that may or may not have been disclosed to their primary partner.)

has been married multiple times and carries shame.

is faced with difficulties in blending two families into one.

needs 1:1 relational skills learning such as active listening, showing empathy, understanding non-verbals and body language, assertiveness, conflict management, emotional regulation, understanding boundaries.

has known attachment style issues they want to heal.

is learning to live on their own after losing their partner.

genuinely wants help coming down from narcissistic grandiosity into the "same as" condition to succeed in their intimate relationship.
